Cut to size only
Using a laser cutter, the first part of all finishing is to trim the material to the required size. The laser cutter copes with fabrics of up to 6m x 2m.
For some requirements, cutting to size is all that is required such as with FLEX-display snaplock bars. |
 |
Velcro applied
We often apply velcro to banners and have two ways of doing this. It is either self adhesive or sewn to the material.
Velcro is used for FLEX-display banners and a multitude of other uses where a quick fix is needed. |
 |
Looped top & bottom
Often, banners need to be mounted to poles or dowels. We are able to supply banners pre mounted with dowels or rods or just with a loop at the top and bottom for you to mount to your own pole. |
 |
Plastic rails top & bottom
We have a machine which can apply plastic pails to the top and bottom of banners. These rails allow for eyeleted hooks to be inserted making a very inexpensive way of produce a hanging banner for POS use mainly. Max width is 1.5m. Available in black, white or grey. |
 |
Eyelets
As is commonly seen with PVC banners, our fabric banners are also often finished with versatile eyelets. These are useful for both indoor and outdoor banners. |
|
Stitched any way you want
Whether you want hems all around or special pockets applied - it can all be achieved with careful finishing. |
|
Hooks
We can supply a range of hooks that can be used in a variety of ways. We sew a thin metal rod into the banner and then the hooks have something to get their teeth into. You can then hang the banners as required. |
