PVC Banners

We are able to supply a range of PVC banners of a variety of qualities and sizes for indoor and outdoor applications. They may be finished in a number of ways and these are described below.

Hemmed and eyeleted

Also often referred to as welded and eyeleted. This is the most common finishing for PVC banners as it allows them to be used in many different ways. Some clients will simply want to fix the PVC banners to the nearest fence whilst others to the outer wall of a building or to a portable banner frame . The eyelets give this versatility whilst the hems or welds give added strength to cope with outdoor conditions.

Looped top & bottom

The PVC banner welding machine may also be used to create a loop at the top and bottom of a banner. This enables banners to be used with scaffolding poles, rods and dowels enabling many options for hanging. Loop size can be to your specifications to ensure that it fits for your application.

Trimmed & eyeleted

You do not always need the additional strength that hems and welds add to PVC banners. Typically, indoor uses do not require this and in these cases the banners are trimmed to size and then eyelets can be applied as necessary.

An in-between solution is to reinforce the eyelets and in these cases, we simply add a small patch of PVC to the rear of the banner where the eyelets will be positioned.

We can give guidance as to the best weight of material for your application and also whether it is best to use front lit PVC banner material or back lit PVC banner material.

The inks we use have good UV stability and will typically weather well for around 5 years - this is way beyond most requirements.
