Printed Carpets And Mats

This product is non-woven polyester with a rubber backing applied. It is printed in full colour by digital dye sublimation.

Our rubber backed non-woven polyester floor carpets and mats differ from most other printed floor mats on the market in that they are printed using a reel to reel process. This means that much larger sizes are available in 1 piece and that is it more cost effective. In fact, we can produce these mats or carpets in 1 piece up to 1.95m wide x 10m in length.

This makes the material suitable for applications such as covering the floor of an exhibition stand through to producing play mats. The non-woven polyester surface also makes this material suitable for counter top mats or even mouse mats.

As the material is easy to cut and supplied on a roll, we can adapt it to suit different applications. Circles and other shapes may be cut by hand or for larger promotions where shapes are needed, we can prepare a die to cut more accurately and consistently.

The finished material weighs approximately 900g/sqm and so pretty lightweight in terms of floor coverings. It is suitable for short term promotional activity such as product launches, exhibitions and events.
